Privacy Policy

Delta is a local-first desktop app. Your campaign data, ad creatives, audience lists, and chat history live in a folder on your Mac. None of it is sent to Delta Studio or any third party by the desktop app itself. This marketing site at deltastudio.me is a thin static page hosted on Vercel — no signup, no profile, no cookies set by Delta Studio.

“Delta”, “Delta Studio”, “we”, or “us” in this policy refers to Delta Studio, the operator behind the Delta desktop app and the deltastudio.me website.

Hosting logs. Vercel, our static host, records standard server logs when you visit deltastudio.me — IP address, request URL, user agent, timestamp. These logs exist for abuse prevention and performance investigation. We do not analyse them for marketing or sell them.

No analytics, no tracking cookies. Delta Studio does not run a third-party analytics SDK on this site. No cookies are set by Delta Studio. Vercel may set a single cookie used internally for routing; it does not track you across sites.

Waitlist form. If you submit an email to request access, we store that email for the sole purpose of contacting you about Delta. We do not share it, sell it, or use it for any other product. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Nothing leaves your Mac by default. Delta fetches data from Meta on your behalf (campaign insights, ad inventory, competitor ads from the Meta Ad Library) using credentials you provide. Everything we fetch is written to local stores on your machine — DuckDB for time series, SQLite for state, LanceDB for vectors. None of it is relayed to Delta Studio.

No telemetry. Delta does not include a telemetry pipeline. We do not collect usage metrics, error reports, feature pings, or hardware fingerprints. If a future release adds opt-in error reporting, it will be opt-in, documented, and clearly toggled in Settings.

Credentials. The desktop app stores your Meta access tokens in the macOS Keychain via keyring-rs. They are never serialized to disk in plain text. Delta Studio never receives them.

On-device reasoning. The analyst and vision models that power Delta’s chat and tagging run entirely on your Mac via Ollama. Your prompts and the underlying numbers are not sent to a hosted vendor unless you explicitly opt into a cloud model and supply your own key.

Because almost no data about you reaches Delta Studio, most rights granted under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws are trivial to honour: the data you might ask us to delete is data we don’t have. For data we do hold (waitlist emails, hosting logs), you can email us to request deletion, a copy, or correction.

Delta is a tool for paid media operators. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

When this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page updates. We do not maintain a separate notification list — the page itself is the source of truth.
